Considering the important role of modern and practical methods of education in improving the knowledge level of branch colleagues, as well as changing the approach from conducting theory-based training courses to conducting case studies and discussion-based workshops, with the aim of examining and explaining credit issues through discussion and dialogue. Educational course “Knowledge exchange workshops with discussion and dialogue-oriented approach” It was held for the deputies of Tehran branches from 09/04/1402 to 09/08/1402 on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays at Moein Andisheh Institute and was taught by Mr. Shafghati, the honorable head of the independent branch of Argentinian Square.
The main topics discussed in this course are:
- How to review the financial statements of companies in the validation process
- Current bank contracts and the use of various types of contracts for different businesses and how to obtain collateral
